Dear Friends! Please meet an Uzbek poet, peace-lover, journalist KHAYRULLA HAMIDOV.
I’ll complain to God
If you do not let me live in peace
I will give the world to you away.
But I will be not in perfect bliss,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
I was born so pure, but that breeding
Cast it eyes upon and became greedy,
I didn’t know what was a candid preaching,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
Young, I didn’t care what was grief,
I thought my kindergarten’s a relief,
Gladly singing songs was my belief,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
I went to school all those happy days
And sought for good cognizance always,
But I was not familiar with faith…
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
Then a higher study calls upon,
A love season summons to adorn,
My teachers – of religion – liked to warn,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
Thanks Allah, He rescued me, my heart
Filled with truth, enjoyment and delight,
But my dear ones could disregard,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
I ignored the weddings with alcohol,
My father was goddamned for my fault,
From my eyes not tears, poisons fall,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
I recall, a strong man would address
That I in religion could immerse,
He made me write then a malicious verse,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
When you tell a true word to those around
They accused your notes had no ground,
Said, who were you yesterday, and frowned,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
I learned what God had asked to perform
Should be done for human being’s reform,
Furious women start again to storm…
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
Everyone is touched upon this trend,
Once escaped, before Truth you will stand.
You will see this on doomsday, my friend,
I’ll complain to God on all one day!
